OXFORDSHIRE TENNIS CLUB OF THE YEAR IN 2011 AND 2017

The club currently has over 400 members and we welcome applictions from new members. We feel we have the most competitive membership rates of any club in the county. Combine the low costs of membership with the high grade playing surface, the forward thinking committee and their commitment to constantly improving the club, we believe our club rates very highly. 

Adult, student, junior and family memberships are available on an annual basis from April. For new members, pro-rata fees will be available from September 2024 and will be chargeable at a reduction of 50% for the remainder of the membership year. 

By joining the club you agree to abide by the Club Rules and Code of Conduct.

Adult Membership Includes:

- Free usage of 3 artificial courts with coded keypad entry

- Online court booking system

- Free social club mornings twice a week all year round and on two evenings from April

- Free entry into club tournaments and ladders throughout the year

- Varied social calendar

- Onsite car parking and bike rack

- Lower fees for individual and group coaching sessions

- Entry to Wimbledon ticket draw (BTM opt-in members only)

Junior Membership Includes:

- Free usage of 3 artificial courts with coded keypad entry

- Online court booking system

- Entry into club tournaments 

- Ability to represent club at summer and winter league matches

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES FOR 2024/25

NB Renewing members can rejoin either via the link in the email invitation they will soon receive or via the option shown to them below in the 'Your Membership' section when logged in to the membership page via their Clubspark account.

Booking a Court:

Only Wychwoods Tennis Club members are able to book a court which can be done via the website or the Booker app (find it in Google Play or Apple App Store on your iphone). Members can book one court per day for up to 90 minutes and up to 6 days in advance. 

Non-Members

Non-members can play up to 3 times in any one membership year and pay a court fee of £3 for non-member adult and £1 for non-member junior.    Payment should be made by bank transfer to the follow account Quote:  Guest fees - player name.
